Everything starts here. In this guide we create a company account, verify the email address, and work through the short setup that runs the first time you log in, so that by the end you can request a collection.
Steps 1 to 3
Everything happens on the READI Collect web site. There is no app to install: the same site works on a computer and on your phone.
readicollect.com → Sign up now → Employer → Sign up
Start on readicollect.com. Use Sign Up Now to create a new company. If your company already has an account and a manager has invited you, use Log In instead. Both take you to the same secure area.
Pick Employer if you request collections for your team, or Collector if you perform them. Enter your name, your company name, your email address and a password, and agree to the terms and the Subscriber Agreement. Your email address becomes your login, so use one you can get to: a verification email goes to it as soon as you sign up.
From here on you come back through Log In. Forgot your password? sends a reset link to your email address. That is the same route anyone you invite uses to set their first password.
Steps 4 to 9
The first time you log in, READI Collect walks you through a short setup. It opens by asking you to verify your email address, then covers your phone number, your laboratory, your people. Every step after verification can be skipped and picked up later from Settings, but a few minutes here means you can request a collection straight away.
Phone → lab & MRO → managers and members → invite managers → invite members
Setup opens here. A verification link went to the address you registered with; click it and come back, then use I have clicked the link. If it has not arrived, look in your spam or junk folder and add info@readicollect.com to your safe senders. Resend email sends another. You can carry on with the rest of setup while you wait.
Enter a mobile number, choose Verify by text, and type in the code you receive. There are no automated text messages for employers at the moment: this step is here to confirm the number can receive a text when one is needed. If you would rather not receive any, reply STOP to that message. A business or billing number for the company is optional.
Use READI Collect defaults and every result, initial and confirmation, is posted to your portal automatically and you are emailed when it lands. Lab-based tests cost extra on top of the collection. Choose We have our own instead and results follow the process you already have. Then name your Designated Employer Representative, or tick the box to reuse the billing contact you have entered. All of it can be changed later.
Read this one before you invite anybody. Managers run the company: people, collections, settings and billing. Members take part only as donors, requesting and following their own collections and seeing nothing else. One person can be both.
Add them by email address. Two switches each: Billing and financial access, and Hide test results for a manager who should run the company without opening donor results. You are already listed, and any of this can be changed later on Team Members.
Add an email address for each and say whether they are DOT or Non-DOT. Send invite emails them a link to set their own password. If you are not ready for your people to log in yet, skip this step: you can add them later under Team Members, where a tick box lets you put somebody on the roster without emailing them at all. Then click Start using READI Collect to finish.
Step 10
Setup ends on the dashboard, which is the page you land on every time you log in from now on.
Dashboard → Request a Collection · Pre-scheduled Collection Request
You can now request a collection. Three counters summarise open collections, completed ones and team members. Request a Collection starts one immediately; Pre-scheduled Collection Request plans a future on-site event. Your collections are listed underneath.
Your company exists and your people are invited. Next, Topic 2 shows you around the dashboard and the menu so you know where everything lives.
