Your rate sheet is what you charge READI Collect for a collection, and your invoice is how you get paid for it. In this guide we go through what each rate on the sheet covers, how the per-test rates work, and how to send us an invoice once a collection is finished.
Step 1
Your rate sheet lives on the Collector page. You fill it in during setup and can change it there any time. Leave blank any service you do not provide.
Collector → Rate sheet
All collection requests are expected to be acted on with the utmost urgency, so only accept a request you can complete immediately. The rates you enter are what READI Collect will expect you to apply to your invoice to us. Below the notes are the six rates for the visit itself, and the questions under this step explain each one.
Step 2
The per-test rates are what you charge for each test you collect.
Collector → Rate sheet → Per-test rates
These rates are for the collection only. Lab testing is billed separately. If you use your own rapid test device, that is an additional fee, entered under Rapid test device. Any other collection devices and materials are included in your per-test rate. Save sends the whole sheet to the READI Collect team.
Step 3
Once a collection is finished, send us your invoice for it at the rates on your sheet. We pay net 30, but we typically pay within days of verifying the invoice amounts.
My Collections → Completed → Send invoice
My Collections opens Collection History. Click Completed to see every collection you have finished, then click Send invoice beside the one you are billing. Choose your invoice file, a PDF or a photo under 10MB, and confirm. It goes straight to the READI Collect team, and the link changes to Invoice sent so you can open it again later.
That is the money side covered. If you have not set up yet, Topic 8 walks through joining as a collector, and Topic 9 takes you through a collection from the offer to the finished paperwork.
