I have been conducting civil and criminal investigations since 1993: hundreds of traffic accident investigations, workers comp investigations and risk management investigations. Over the years I developed a professional network of highly skilled investigators through my time spent speaking all over the United States and internationally.

I founded READI with a dream... to take 21st century technology and bolster that with tried and proven field investigative techniques.

As a result of this vision, we have created READI Collect mobile app, connecting professionals and our nationwide customers through mobile this patented technology. This concept has revolutionized the professional safety and compliance industry.

When we realized that this new technology could be used in many different ways, we began the READI Collect, READI Defend and READI Repair service networks, in an effort to provide a full-service risk management tool.

With Readi Collect, I helped develop a mobile, on-demand specimen collection platform designed to connect certified collectors with employers in real time. By integrating streamlined technology with a nationwide professional network, we’ve created a rapid-response system that improves turnaround times, increases transparency, and enhances workforce safety.
